I'm having the same issue that Alfred31 is having! Customer service is horrible. My printer prints from the Zeen and my laptop; however, I am unable to print from my cell phone or work computer. I have set up everything. I have an email address...everything worked in the beginning. I am livid b/c I paid $400 for this sorry piece of crap printer...and did I mention that customer service sucks???
