wmodavis - my experience was as yours, at first. Sure, very easy to set up. Eprint was great for the first 24 hours but needs constantly resetting to make it work.
However, having said that I was amazed that it was online today - longest period since purchase. Has HP fixed something I wonder? I won't hold my breath.
Eric - that's not a good answer. ePrint doesn't work. That's the truth, isn't it. It's a broken product and there's no real fix at the moment to make it work. When I buy any other business product (with the exception of something from Microsoft) I don't expect to have to sit in forums and beg for help. Help doesn't come, why? Because there's nobody at HP who knows what to do. Is there? Mine's going back. Buy Canon.
