AudreySmall, the best place to ask questions and find answers is the ePrint & Print App support forums.  I've taken the liberty of searching for "coupon" and came up with these results.

audreysmall (June 6, 2011)

I am having a problem getting coupons,  I have followed the directions, but I keep getting the message to go to settings.  Nothing happens. Any ideas?

EricAtHP (June 6, 2011)

Swavet22, that's a great idea...you should submit it!

swavet22 (June 5, 2011)

Like it better if i could search recipes on line and then print and not have to stand at printer to check recipes

Janeo2, I'd recommend reporting your issues on the ePrint & Print App support forum.  That's the best place to ask technical questions and get answers!

Would like to be able to choose how I want the recipe to print out - full page, 3x5 cut out size, 4x6 cut out size. Does anyone know how to do this?

buckbuilt03 (March 15, 2011)

u have to activate some of the apps....such as weather and a few others

kmcphee (March 13, 2011)

Once you have an app on your printer, you use the app from your printer's display panel.

smpen09 (March 13, 2011)

how do you work these apps? Apparently I can't open any of them? Can someone put some light on my situation?

Same thing with me!  The recipes on my printer doesn't work, and just about everything eles does.  HP is smart people, so why the f**k is nothing fixed yet?!  Very disappointed.

Cliffcc (Feb. 24, 2011)

I just got the printer seems pretty cool so far

AndyTampa (Feb. 23, 2011)

I've spent what free time I had over the last two days trying to figure out why my printer was telling me there was a connection error. I thought it was my network. I can't see the cheesecakes!!

EricAtHP (Feb. 22, 2011)

Thanks so much reports regarding this issue!  We've been told, by Coupons.com that this issue is currently being worked on.  Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Maytag1963 (Feb. 22, 2011)

Just unpacked my new HP210.  Starting to think after reading these posts maybe I should have gone with a simpler printer.....?

Pito (Feb. 21, 2011)

Tried accessing the recipes from my Printer and still doesn't work...bummer !!! Is there a deadline to fix this issue?

craven2311 (Feb. 21, 2011)

When I tried to access recipes from my hp printer, it just keeps telling me that there was a problem connecting to the server.

....  Same problem here still.  My ePrint isn't working either :(

wpb2154 (Feb. 19, 2011)

"When I tried to access recipes from my hp printer, it just keeps telling me that there was a problem connecting to the server. " Getting the same issue

TaraCurtis (Feb. 18, 2011)

When I tried to access recipes from my hp printer, it just keeps telling me that there was a problem connecting to the server. Does anyone know what this means and why??

EricAtHP (Feb. 18, 2011)

jgiuffrida (Feb. 17, 2011)

Well guys you're not alone.  I thought it was just my device but I guess not.  I'm able to receive USA Today and MSNBC and I haven't really tried many others.  I have also noticed that many eprint jobs do not get processed either.  Hopefully HP will read these and address them ASAP........

clg049 (Feb. 17, 2011)

I can't get mine to work either.  I am also getting the server error!  Not sure how to fix it either.

s10guy (Feb. 17, 2011)

Just got the printer today and tried the recipes app.  It keeps saying cannot connect to internet, but other apps are working just fine.  Unsure of what to do.

timm553 (Feb. 16, 2011)

While attempting to get recipes I keep getting the error message "There was an internal processing error.  Please retry or manually check the firmware updates".  I've retried numerous times, to no avail, and have no idea what "manually check the firmware updates" means.

EricAtHP (Feb. 16, 2011)

Thanks for bringing your issues to light.  I'll check into this!

CityBooneville (Feb. 15, 2011)

same here.  It will go through the menu to the Food Type and the other categories but when it gets to where the recepie should be the screen is blank.  It worked fine for a few days.  Are they doing upgrades?

robgriz (Feb. 14, 2011)

It wont let me get to the recipes.

melgriane (Feb. 12, 2011)

I just don't know what's the problem with yours.  But I just clicked the icon on the ePrint center, then clicked the apps icon on the printers touchscreen and got the app menu and print a recipe. Not even a minute to do it all.  I guess, try it from the center, if you haven't done it.

thunderbyrd43 (Feb. 7, 2011)

Still no luck addring this app :(

EricAtHP (Feb. 4, 2011)

Thunderbyrd43, I'll check into this.  Are you still unable to add this print app?

thunderbyrd43 (Feb. 3, 2011)

I have tried multiple times to add this app to my printer.. it says "added to printer", but it doesn't add it. What's up doc?

AmySue (Jan. 24, 2011)

I added this recipe app to my printer.  It let me open & view recipes 1 time.  Now when i try to access it from my printer. It says connecting to internet but then goes back to main app menu screen w/out opening the recipe app. no idea why.   I was going to try & delete the app & re-add it to my printer but I cannot figure out how to do that.  my other apps even those I added from the webservice seem to work fine. any ideas on how to fix this?

Jadelinia (Jan. 22, 2011)

i have same issue as Mikey. I can seem to remove the ones preinstalled on the printer but cannot officially add this Recipe one "onto" my printer. Says its added, then when i check its not and if refresh this page has "add to printer" button again.

EricAtHP (Jan. 18, 2011)

JBCoffey, when you add print apps to your printer using the ePrintCenter some of them require specific information to operate.  For instance some print apps require a zip code, or other identifying information to give you specialized content.

jbcoffey (Jan. 17, 2011)

What does it mean when my printer tells me to customize my web conte nt on the Apps website using the following URL: www.hpeprintcenter.com?  I don't see anything on the app like that.  Thanks.

mikey (Jan. 8, 2011)

App says it is added to the printer but it isn't. What to do now?

radamini (Jan. 6, 2011)

What is this world coming to   Fantastic Idea  Thanks

EricAtHP (Jan. 5, 2011)

There is no cost associated with this print app.  You can add it to your printer and print out recipes for free!  Enjoy!

bewitching (Jan. 4, 2011)

This app doesn't say if it is free. How do I find out. Just says add to printer.  Recipes from coupons.com

jodylee (Jan. 4, 2011)

wont let me add

marmond2010 (Jan. 3, 2011)

I can't add this and yet it says I can???

inthecreek (Jan. 2, 2011)

how the heck do I use this?

gdymek (Dec. 29, 2010)

Good app for those who do not require recipes 24/7

Never (Dec. 27, 2010)

good app

joseph3189 (Dec. 18, 2010)

very good

nr (Nov. 12, 2010)

It's easier to use epicurious.com or foodnetwork.com.

TWB (Sept. 28, 2010)

The recipes sound good, however they need copyediting! It is suspicious that so many of them take exactly 99 minutes to prepare. The Rum Cake with Creme Anglaise & Fresh Raspberries has a badly translated character in the title and only takes 0 minutes to prepare. Lots of inconsistencies in the format of serving portions ("Makes 8 servings", "Serves 4", "serves 4", "Makes 48", etc.). The Pasta Salad with Chicken and Cilantro refers to a "Lemon garlic vinaigrette Tortilla Salad" on page 78 (???).  I'm sure all of these are Coupons.com issues and not HP issues, but they detract from the overall experience.

Also, it would be nice to be able to print a group of recipes at once rather than having to click on each one and then click on "Print". That way I could print them in one shot and then leaf through them to review.

lori1949 (Sept. 15, 2010)

I agree with Dan, Sure would like to see the recipe first. Also, why isn't the crossword app available for us!!

DanTreacy (Aug. 30, 2010)

Sure would be nice to view the recipes on the computer then print.. If one can do that.. I am missing it

EricAtHP (Aug. 24, 2010)

Louise, I'd recommend you visit the F.A.Q. section as many of the most common questions are answered there.  If you don't find your answer there you might want to pose a specific question on our help forums.  If you're still having issues feel free to send a message to me there

louise22 (Aug. 22, 2010)

I'm lost don't know how to use apps how to open them to use...can you help me thanks

AceBandage (July 15, 2010)

My wife and I love this app.  One thing I think would help it is if somehow the recipes could be linked with the coupons and if there is a coupon available for an ingredient in the recipe it would let you know.  That would be cool.

swampwitch (July 10, 2010)

hi cannot wait to view recieps swampwitch

EricAtHP (March 23, 2010)

I'm happy to help.  Just click on the "Feedback" or click below.  I'm curious as to what happens when you attempt to add more apps, so make sure to include that information on the feedback form.

hummerayler (March 22, 2010)

I cannot add any apps, so can I just print them out?

pwussler (Sept. 23, 2009)

Great App Idea.  Hard to navigate thru.  SHould be listed as selectable items in a table instead.  Could sort by type (entree, dessert), main ingredient (chicken, chocolate) or alphabetically

erotiboxxx (Sept. 23, 2009)

Too few recipes through coupons.com, I agree with Gremelin, allrecipes or other larger repository would sweeten this app tenfold... however the available recipes are good, and the app prints VERY quickly. Much better than dragging my laptop into the kitchen.

Gremelin (Sept. 23, 2009)

I'm really quite dissapointed with this app, I just expected more; I really hope that future support for allrecipes.com is added in...
