ErrolT, the best place to get help setting up the ePrint service is the ePrint & Print App support forum.

What!!! No HP Cards for the Officejet 6500! That printer should carry a warning sticker- "Attn shopper: This model is strictly for those who don't mind the cheap seats" Shame on you, HP. No maps, no cards-all the good stuff.

30amanda, not all print apps are available for all printers.  If you click the "+Add Printer" button on the home page you'll be able to view the print apps available for your specific printer.

30amanda, firstly make sure you've added your printer to the the ePrintCenter by clicking the "+Add Printer" button on the ePrintCenter home page.  Depending on the printer you've purchased you'll either be able to add this print app from the touchscreen, or from the ePrintCenter itself.

Brenbaby10, have you visited the ePrint & Print App support forum yet?  Some printer models require that print apps be added via the touchscreen on the printer, while others require print apps to be added via the ePrintCenter AFTER you've associated your printer with your ePrintCenter account!

Mysterynabel, it sounds as if you've not yet registered your printer on the ePrintCenter.  Once you've done that you'll be able to view all the applications available for your printer, as well as the means to add them via the ePrintCenter.  What happens when you click the "add printer" button?

mysterynabel

Littleham_Koala, methods for adding print apps to your printer vary from model to model.  Some printers require you to log in to the ePrintCenter, while other models have a "Get More" icon on the printer's touchscreen.

Nightoowwl, I've taken the liberty of searching for "Envelope" on the HP Support Forums and found several posts marked as answered.  You might have better luck by adding your printer model to the search.  (ex. Envelope d110a)
